Director General Email and Workplace Technology Services, Shared Services Canada
Elizabeth Rhodenizer has been honored as one of Canada’s Top Women in Cyber Security in 2020 and spent much of her career focusing on cyber security and critical infrastructure protection in the public and private sectors. She is Director General Email and Workplace Technology Services at Shared Services Canada providing services and digital communication and collaboration tools to 43 Government of Canada departments and serves as departmental Indigenous Peoples Network Champion and ally.
Elizabeth was previously the Chief Information Officer of the Public Service Commission of Canada and their Women’s network Champion. Elizabeth is a member of the CIO Association of Canada and previously sat as: Board Director for DPI (dpi-canada.com not-for-profit); advisory board member to a Silicon Valley start-up; and a member of the CIO Strategy Council. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (Dalhousie University) and an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa.
