Known for her empathy, interpersonal skills, and expertise in health and safety management systems, Liz has been helping organizations achieve better results by keeping workers healthy, safe, and productive for over 25 years. Throughout her career, Liz has worked with executives, managers, supervisors, union members and committees to identify key issues and implement practical solutions with measurable impact. She has dealt successfully with situations and claims involving physical health and safety hazards and psychological stressors through her previous roles. Before joining the MHCC, Liz was the CSA Group lead on the development of the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. She currently leads the Workplace Mental Health program at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, where she helps organizations with implementation of the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
