Michael Dimaano is currently the Manager, Total Compensation and HR Policy of Ottawa Community Housing Corporation.  Prior to his employment with Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, Michael has worked with various global organizations in the consumer goods industry. He has 20 years of experience in human resources management with strong focus on compensation and benefits planning and administration.

Michael is responsible for conceptualizing Ottawa Community Housing Corporation’s Attendance Management Strategy which serves as the organization’s guide in coming up with new and meaningful benefit initiatives.
